Please collect your order from the selected store by 5 days. Uncollected orders will be canceled, and refund will be processed within 21 days. You can have a representative pick up your Store Pickup order for you. They will need to contact us at customers@charleskeith.co.th and present a copy of your 'Store Pickup: Order Ready for Collection' email at the designated pickup location.
