Do I need to have an account to shop
at CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH?
Having an account with CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH will speed up
the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can
sign up for an account
before shopping or create one before you head to checkout.
You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your
information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make
amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you
change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your
order using your current details.
What are the benefits of creating an
account?
By creating an account, you will be able to:
- Checkout faster by saving your address in your Address Book
- View your order status and history under My Purchases & Returns
- Save your favourite items in your Wishlist
- Receive the latest news on Promotions, New Arrivals and Online Exclusives
How do I create an account?
Head on over to the Sign In page and fill in your
particulars under Create An Account.
How do I delete an account?
We're so sorry to see you go.
To delete your account, please follow the following steps:
- Log into your CHARLES & KEITH account
- Head to 'MY PROFILE' and scroll down till you see the 'Delete My Account' option
- Upon clicking 'Delete My Account', you will be prompted to key in your password for confirmation.
Please note this action is irreversible and all associated data in your
account, including all accumulated memebrship privileges and order
history, will be deleted.

How do I sign in to my account?
Enter your email address and password into the Sign
In field.
How do I reset/change my
password?
Head to the Sign In page and enter your email
address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a link to
reset your password.
To change your password, sign into your account and head to Change Password. You can
also do this through your Account Details page.
How can I edit/update my billing and
shipping addresses?
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to Address Book. You can then
edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future
orders.

How can I become a CHARLES & KEITH VIP
member?
To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at
either CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH (Thailand site)
with a registered account.
You are entitled to a VIP membership if you accumulate purchases up to
a net total value of 12,500 Baht and above, excluding shipping fee
(Order status is ‘Completed’). Your VIP membership status will be
automatically activated.
Your VIP membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered
customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of
privileges will result in the termination of membership by CHARLES &
KEITH. CHARLES & KEITH reserves the right to amend the Terms &
Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision of
CHARLES & KEITH shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute
arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership
privileges.

Can I use the promo codes I receive
via email at both retail stores and Online?
Unfortunately, the promo codes cannot be used at retail stores
currently.
To use your promo code online, enter the code at the checkout page and
make sure you have signed into your account when making the online
purchase.
Can I get to enjoy the VIP membership
privileges immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a member?
No, your privileges can only be used with the next purchase after your
VIP membership status has been activated online at CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH
(Thailand site).
Can I enjoy my VIP membership
privileges in overseas stores or online sites?
VIP membership privileges are only valid in the location where the
privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through
CHARLES & KEITH retail stores overseas and on other sites are not valid
at CHARLES & KEITH retail stores in Thailand and online at
CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH (Thailand site).
Will my VIP privilege membership
expire?
No, your VIP privilege membership will not expire.
