How do I purchase a gift card?
Our gift cards are only available for purchase on our website, CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH
What gift card amounts are available?
Gift card amounts are available at a minimum of ฿300 and a maximum of ฿5000.
Can I change the value of my gift card
after making the purchase?
No, the value of the gift card cannot be changed after purchase.
Can I purchase multiple gift
cards?
Yes, you may purchase multiple gift cards in a single order. Please note that the value of each gift cards is capped at ฿5,000.

No, membership privileges cannot be used for the purchase of a gift

No, MinorPlus points collection does not applicable to gift card purchase.
Does the purchase of a gift card
contribute to the qualification of membership?
No, the purchase of a gift card does not contribute to your membership
spending.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, E-Wallet, and PromptPay.
Can I cancel a gift card purchase?
No, your gift card purchase cannot be cancelled.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are strictly non-returnable. They cannot be refunded or
exchanged.
Redemption of Gift Card
What will the recipent receive?
The recipient will receive an email featuring the selected card design,
along with the card value, activation code, and your message.
When will the receipent receive the
gift card?
The recipient will receive the gift card on the delivery date you've
selected.
Where can the gift card be
used?
The gift card is only valid for purchases on our website and in the
currency it was bought in.
When does a gift card expire?
The gift card expires 1 year from the date of delivery.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Create an account and key in the code on the 'Gift Card' page under 'My
Account' to redeem a gift card.
Why did my gift card redemption fail?
The maximum gift card balance per account is ฿5,000. You are unable to redeem your gift card because your balance will exceed ฿5,000. Please use some or all of your existing credits before redeeming your gift card.
Do I have to redeem the full value of
the gift card at once?
No, you may make a partial redemption. The remaining amount will be
stored in your account and you can check your balance on the 'Gift Card'
page under 'My Account'.
Will the remaining balance be stored
if I make a purchase valued less than the gift card balance?
Yes, the remaining amount will be stored in your account after each
partial redemption. You can check your balance on the 'Gift Card' page
under 'My Account'.
Can I use multiple gift cards for one
purchase?
Yes, you may use multiple gift cards for one purchase.
Can I use my gift card credits to
purchase a gift card?
No, your gift card credits cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
Do my purchases contribute towards my
membership if I purchase them using my gift cards?
Yes, your purchases contribute towards your membership spending even
when you use your gift cards.
How will I receive my refund if I paid for my order with an E-Gift Card?
If the entire order was paid for with an E-Gift Card, we will refund the same amount back via a new E-Gift Card.
If the order was paid for partially with an E-Gift Card and the rest with other payment method, you will receive two separate refunds. One will be in the form of a new E-Gift Card, and the other will be refunded via your original payment method. The refund amount for each will be calculated based on the amount paid with each method towards each product and any delivery fees.

Paid with other payment channel ฿1,810; towards the product ((2,190/2,310)*1,810) = ฿1,715.97, and towards the delivery fee ((120/2,310)*1,810) = ฿94.03
In the case of return, we will issue a new E-Gift Card for ฿474.03, and via your original payment channel ฿1,715.97
