Our products are made of genuine leather; synthetic fabrics and materials; and metallic accessories which can react to humidity, salt and atmospheric agents. This may cause irreversible wear and tear, so we recommend you keep your item(s) dry.

 

Overexposure to light and heat; direct contact with rain; oil and grease (makeup); alcohol (perfume, solvents); and other abrasive products or excessive friction, should be avoided as colour fading may occur. Care should be taken when wearing lightly-coloured garments and/or when storing products with different colours together as the colours may transfer onto each other.

 

Product Materials	Spot Cleaning Techniques
Faux Leather/PU	For small stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap or a specialised fauxleather cleaner. Gently wipe thestained area, then wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue
Genuine Leather	For small stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap or a leather cleaner. Gently blot the stained area, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue
Nylon	For stubborn stains, you can use a mild soap or detergent mixed with water. Gently scrub the stained area with a soft brush or cloth
Canvas	For small stains or spots, use a mild detergent mixed with water. Dip a clean cloth into the soapy water, wring it out, and gently blot the stained area. Avoid rubbing, as it can spread the stain
Suede leather	Use a special suede brush specifically designed to remove hard dirt and stains and brush gently and in one direction back and forth (do not brush in circles)
Woven	To remove surface dirt and dust, gently shake the bag or use a soft brush to lightly brush off debris
Knit	Spot clean with a sponge or soft cloth and mild soap. If the material does not show signs of further damage or discolouration, continue to gently dab on the spot. Avoid rubbing it. Wash off the soap with water. Air dry away from direct sunlight or any heat source
Denim	Clean with a soft cloth or sponge dipped in cold water with mild soap and wash off the soap with water and a soft cloth or sponge. Air dry away from direct sunlight
Satin	Clean with a soft bristle brush and make sure to remove all the loose dirt. Gently dab the surface using a soft damp cloth with mild soap and cold water. After washing out the soap, use a soft dry cloth to remove as much moisture as possible. Use a dabbing motion and do not rub as it may cause water streaks on the fabric. Dry with an absorbent soft cloth or a paper towel. Air drying may leave water stains
Raffia	Clean with a damp sponge or soft cloth with mild soap if needed and rub gently and wash off the soap with water and a soft sponge or cloth. Air dry completely before storing
Mesh	Clean with a damp sponge or soft cloth. Add mild soap if needed and rub gently. Do not use excessive force as it may damage the fabric. Wash off the soap with water and a sponge or soft cloth. Air dry completely before storing
Corduroy	Clean with a damp sponge or soft cloth dipped in cold or warm water. Add mild soap if needed and gently rub in one direction to remove stains instead of a back-and-forth motion. Do not use excessive force as it may damage the fabric. Air dry your product completely before storing it
Crochet	Spot clean with a sponge or soft cloth and mild soap. If the material does not show signs of further damage or discolouration, continue to gently dab on the spot. Avoid rubbing it. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes before washing off the soap. Air dry your product completely before storing it
Polyester	Clean with a damp sponge or soft cloth. Add mild soap if needed and rub gently. Do not use excessive force as it may damage the fabric. Air dry your product completely before storing it
Metal	Clean by gently removing any dirt or tarnish with a soft polishing cloth
